Building a Pet-Friendly Workplace, Scigreat Unlocks a Warm New Office Experience
To build a relaxed, pleasant and human-centred workplace and further enrich our team culture, Scigreat International Trade has developed a pet-friendly office. Colleagues worked together to assemble pet furniture, creating cosy homes for our office cat, two rabbits and a monk parakeet. Here, the workplace is more than just about work — it is filled with warmth and healing joy.
The atmosphere was lively during the activity. Team members divided tasks and collaborated with tools, tightening screws, putting together wooden pet houses and building climbing frames to finish the pets’ living space. From assembling frames to securing components, everyone took part. Hands-on teamwork brought colleagues closer to one another.
Our office is now home to a cat, two rabbits and a monk parakeet. During breaks from busy work, employees can interact with these lovely animals to unwind and ease work stress. Adhering to a people-first philosophy, Scigreat focuses not only on business growth but also on employees’ well-being. This pet-friendly workplace adds gentle comfort to the professional environment, relieves work pressure and energises the team.
